The City operates a local cable access channel on Channel 2 of basic cable.

Local church services are re-played on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays from 6:30 to 8:00pm. 

Ads can be brought to City Hall, faxed to 701-587-5829 or email the ad to: norutility@polarcomm.com

Ads must be written out and paid for in advance.

The rates for ads are as follows:

Commercial Ads are $5.00 per week (Example: Business Promotions, Help Wanted)

Residential ads are $5.00 per week (Example: For Sale, Garage Sale)

Scanning of Photos is an additional $5.00

Announcements are Free (Birthdays, Anniversaries, Public Events, Volunteer Information)
